The involved stakeholders have made a public statement that COBIM2020 implementation is crucial and timely for the real estate and construction sector. Building Information Models are becoming an essential part of the national information asset of the built environment and ensuring the right information contents; the COBIM2020 renewal needs public funding for the development. The investment will result in more efficient BIM-based processes for the whole sector, including the regulatory processes and public data management.
The COBIM2020 renewal promotes digitalization and information interoperability in the real estate and construction sector.
