Finland is ranked internationally high on utilization of BIM. However, building services' leadership will not be maintained without the development work that can only be done by building services professionals.
We still have a lot of work to do. For example, in the United States, material lists, prefabrication and collaboration in projects are far ahead of us.
Finnish building services information model expertise can achievea whole new, unprecedented level. We have the ability to combine information model that is mathematically simulated as well as prefabrication workshops can be commissioned from the same modeling.
Everyone in AECO sectors benefit from this modeling – from project planning to construction and maintanence.
